1. What types of projects does REfresh handle?

REfresh handles everything from cosmetic updates to full-scale branch build-outs. Whether you need new flooring and furniture or a complete ground-up transformation, we tailor our services to fit your space, your brand, and your budget — anywhere from $30K to $5 million.

2. Do you work exclusively with credit unions?

We got our start with credit unions and it remains our specialty, but we work with a wide range of commercial clients — including office and admin spaces, CEO offices, auto shops, retail stores, and more. If you have a commercial space that needs a refresh, we’d love to hear about it.

3. What states do you serve?

We currently serve clients throughout California and Arizona.

4. Can you work with our existing contractor?

Absolutely. We’re happy to work alongside your contractor or bring our own trusted team — whatever works best for your project.

5. Do you have an architect on your team?

Yes. For projects that require architectural plans or permits, we have an architect we work with as part of the project team.

6. Do you manage the project on-site?

Yes. Christie provides hands-on project management, including on-site visits throughout the process. She holds subcontractors accountable to their schedules and quality standards so you don’t have to.

7. Who orders the furniture — us or you?

We handle all furniture sourcing, ordering, and coordination. Our Furniture Design, Layout & Install service includes delivery, white-glove assembly, installation, and disposal of all packaging.

8. How long does a project take?

Timeline depends on the scope of the project and whether permits are required. A cosmetic refresh can move quickly, while a full build-out or remodel will take longer. We’ll give you a realistic timeline during your estimate so you can plan accordingly.

9. How does REfresh charge for its services?

We charge a flat fee for design and project management, based on the scope of your project. For larger projects requiring more intensive on-site involvement, we’re open to a monthly arrangement. We do not charge hourly rates.

10. What does the process look like from start to finish?

11. Do you handle residential projects?

Our primary focus is commercial spaces, but Christie has designed and remodeled CEO kitchens and private residences as well. Reach out and we’ll let you know if your project is a fit.
